Every veteran and active military member has a unique story. Along with the common desire to help others, they share a need to deal with the moral and spiritual complexities of military service. Once a veteran does the hard work of processing those things for themselves, they may find they want to continue that journey. For many veterans, reaching out to help and equip others helps to continue their effort to heal, thrive, and grow.

GWFW can help educate and equip veterans to serve fellow veterans by becoming a GWFW course leader. These leaders use GWFW materials and help facilitate healing conversations with veterans and their families. This model serves every member of the group - the course leader included.
