Tom Seals

President, Founder

Tom served in the USMC from 1957-1960, with the 3rd Marine Division in Okinawa, Japan, followed by several years with the U.S. Government in Europe. He is a former 28-year Professor of undergraduate Bible courses as well as Biblical ethics and textual studies at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN and has served as Chaplain to campus Veterans. He received his diploma in a master course in Electronics from Clevland Institute of Electronics in 1964, BA in Biblical languages from Lipscomb in 1971, his M.T.S. degree from Wesley Seminary in Washington, D.C. in 1976, and his D. Min. degree from Memphis Theological Seminary in Memphis, TN, in 1999. In addition, Tom has completed post-doctoral work in Pentateuchal Studies and in Religion, Politics and Social Issues from Vanderbilt University. He has published numerous literary works, including Proverbs: Wisdom for all Ages, Sermon on the Mount for Modern Living, The Quest for Spiritual Maturity, A Study of Deitrich Bonhoeffer's The Cost of Discipleship, God's Word for Warriors, The Christian and War, and Moral Injury: a deeper insight into the intricacies of PTSD among veterans. Dorn Muscar

Dorn has served as a chaplain in the Air Force Reserves since 2016. He has served in bases across the country (NJ, NV, DE, GA, AL, AR) and is currently assigned to Little Rock AFB, AR as the IMA to the Deputy Wing Chaplain. He served in local church ministry in churches in MD and TN from 2006 and 2020. He and his family moved to Huntsville in 2022. His work as a chaplain brings him great insight and much practical experience in understanding and assisting military members and families facing the challenges of military service. He is passionate about the importance of addressing service members' spiritual needs and spiritual fitness. Dennis, a retired USAF Chaplain, serves in many capacities in roles that serve to support the emotional and spiritual needs of veterans and those in active duty. He the director for the American Military Evangelizing Nations (AMEN) Military Ministry since March 2016. He has worked as a Pastoral Care Program Facilitator for Commander Naval Region Mid-Atlantic (CNRMA) CREDO Detachment Groton. Dennis serves as a U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Chaplain to the Coast Guard District Northeast. ​Chaplain Saucier is certified to facilitate programs including Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality assessment, Gottman Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work curriculum, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST) and SafeTALK training, and use of the Project Adventure curriculum. Courtney K. Steed

Courtney is a Gold Star Sister. She lost her brother, CPL Dustin L. Kendall in 2006 while he was stationed in Iraq. She is a published author, speaker, and the Family Outreach Minister at Pegram Church of Christ, in Pegram, Tennessee. Laurel Bowman

Executive Assistant to the President

Laurel Bowman, RN, BSN, candidate for NP, has served as a hospice and palliative care nurse over the past twenty-three years.  Her experience includes management, program design and development, project management, and Veteran outreach. Laurel began working with military families in 2008 by becoming an accredited service officer which allows her to represent Veterans before the Department of Veteran Affairs.  She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VetLinx, a 501c3 all-volunteer non-profit, whose mission is to connect veterans to community resources and collaborate with community leaders to help fill the gaps in service to Veterans through projects and events. Frank Carter retired from the United State Marine Corps in 2015 with nearly 26 years of service. During his career he was fortunate to be stationed overseas in Africa, South America, the Balkans, and Okinawa. The majority of his operational time was spent with ground and mounted reconnaissance units and participated in named operations in Eastern Europe, Southwest and Central Asia along with security missions in Central America. He participated in the following operations overseas: DESERT STORM, JOINT FORGE, JOINT GUARDAN, IRAQI FREEDOM, and ENDURING FREEDOM. A few of his most interesting postings were to Pretoria South Africa and LaPaz Bolivia assigned to the American Embassy as a Marine Security Guard from 1992-1995; in 2003 he was assigned to the US National Intelligence Center, Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina as an Operations/Intelligence Chief in planning operations directed the International Criminal Tribunal- The Hague for the former Yugoslavia(ICTY) “Personnel Indicted For War Crimes” (PIFWC) during the Balkan Wars of the mid-90’s. At the time of his retirement from the active ranks he was a Chief Warrant Officer- 3 (Gunner) and served as an Infantry Weapons Officer (Marine Gunner).

Colonel Larry McKnight provides God's Word for Warriors leadership course instruction for Lewisburg, TN and surrounding Marshall County. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard specifically in the 251st Service and Supply Company. His service locations included Tennessee and Saudi Arabia, and he participated in the Persian Gulf War (1991). He held the rank of Colonel and served from 1967 to 1999 as a commissioned officer. Jim Dyes

Jim Dyes is a native of St Louis Missouri. He attended Harding University. His career includes twenty-five years in Chicago serving a small medical manufacturer in various roles with a passion for helping individuals with special needs live better more independent lives. Most recently he has spent the last eight years with Edward Jones as a financial advisor in Nashville, helping individuals, families, and businesses to simplify, build, protect and transfer wealth. He is a Director of the Bellevue Exchange Club, and a member of the Nashville Executive Committee for the Walk to Alzheimer's. He and his wife Penny are volunteers with the Young Professionals at the Greater Nashville Church. He is married to Penny Dyes, and has two daughters, Kristen Watts and Kassie Dyes. He is a resident of Nashville Tennessee.

Wyatt Rampy

Chairman of the Board

Wyatt Rampy is the founder and president of Poplar Hill Realty Company which was opened in 2004. Located in Bellevue, Poplar Hill Realty is a residential brokerage serving clients throughout Middle Tennessee. His background is primarily in banking, first with Sovran Bank and later with Bankers Trust. He has been married to Wendy since 1997. They have one son, three daughters, and two spoiled dogs. He serves on the boards of the Bellevue YMCA, Bellevue Community Foundation, Nashville Christian School, and World Christian Broadcasting. He is also an elder at Bellevue Church of Christ.

Charles Caudill

Charles Caudill is a native Tennessean and former executive with the Travelers Insurance Company.  He has lived and worked in Tennessee, New York, Connecticut, California and Texas. Charles owned an insurance business in Texas for 15 years.  An active in civic organizations and with his church.  He served as an elder, named Friona, Texas Man of the Year in 1985, and  elected Mayor. Charles retired at age 50 and returned to Tennessee in 1988. Retirement didn’t last long.  Charles has been with World Christian Broadcasting since 1989.  Charles served as President/CEO from October 1993 until January 2018 when he officially retired. He continues to serve as President Emeritus. Charles is a graduate of Lipscomb University.  He and his wife Katherine reside in Goodlettsville, Tennessee.

Sid Smith

Sid Smith is a native Tennessean, born in Rockwood, TN,  a farming community, where he engaged in  raising cotton and running a dairy farm.  He is a graduate of Murfreesboro High School and Georgia Tech University.  Shortly after his marriage to Joan Simpson, "One of my two best decisions, the second, in becoming a Christian," says Sid, he entered into the US Army, being assigned to the Engineer Corps.  He was deployed to Vietnam in 1966. Following his military service, Mr. Smith worked with the Georgia institute of Technology at Georgia Tech, the Nashville District of the Army Corps of Engineers, and several engineering/surveying companies associated with the Corps of Engineers. Later, Mr. Smith formed his own company with a partner, the Regan-Smith Association, Inc., where he retired in 2018 after 41 years. Sid and Joan Smith are blessed with a son and daughter, both married, and five adult grandchildren.

Harrison (Hank) Davis has a strong interest in the mission of God’s Word for Warriors. He served in the TN National Guard for 6 years during the Vietnam era. He has been a Christian his entire life and believes the principles of Jesus can help American veterans who feel overwhelmed. He is married to the former Robbie Brewer and has 2 amazing grown children that live in North Carolina. #615-414-4460
